Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In these terms and conditions, the following definitions shall apply:<br \/>\n<strong>Customer<\/strong>: the person who purchases one or more products or services from hydrauliektraining.nl.<br \/>\n<strong>hydraulicstraining.co.uk<\/strong>: provider of eLearning products and services.<br \/>\n<strong>Services or products<\/strong>: everything hydrauliektraining.co.uk via <a title=\"http:\/\/www.hydrauliektraining.nl\/\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hydrauliektraining.nl\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.hydrauliektraining.nl<\/a> offered.<br \/>\n<strong>Agreement<\/strong>: the agreement by which hydrauliektraining.nl delivers the ordered products or services to the customer, as confirmed in an e-mail with order confirmation.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Article 2. Applicability<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements through <a title=\"http:\/\/www.hydrauliektraining.nl\/\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hydrauliektraining.nl\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.hydrauliektraining.nl<\/a>.<br \/>\nWhen placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.<br \/>\nhydrauliektraining.nl may amend these terms after the expiry of a term.<br \/>\nOther conditions (e.g. from third parties) are only valid if agreed in advance in writing.<br \/>\nhydrauliektraining.nl guarantees that delivered products comply with the agreements made.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Article 3. Conclusion of the agreement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>An agreement is concluded as soon as you order a product or service online and agree to the terms and conditions.<br \/>\nYou will then receive an e-mail confirming your order.<br \/>\nhydrauliektraining.nl reserves the right to refuse an application.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Article 4. Right of withdrawal (for consumers)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Consumers may cancel an order free of charge within 7 working days of receipt.<br \/>\nYou can do this by e-mail or by post. The right of withdrawal starts when you receive the confirmation.<br \/>\nPlease note that the right of withdrawal expires if you agree to start the service immediately within those 7 days. Once a training course has started, the right of withdrawal expires in full.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Article 5. Duration and termination<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A contract only starts once payment is completed.<br \/>\nhydrauliektraining.co.uk may discontinue or pause an agreement at any time if necessary.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Article 6. Execution of orders<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>hydraulktraining.co.uk performs all its services with care, knowledge and according to professional craftsmanship.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Article 7. Prices and payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Prices on the website are in euros and exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.<br \/>\nPayment is made via the payment module offered. For this, you enter your payment details and, if necessary, your address.<br \/>\nhydrauliektraining.nl may adjust prices. However, the price in your confirmation remains leading.<br \/>\nPromotions and discount codes can result in different prices for the same product.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Article 8. Billing<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>You pay in advance. If payment fails, we do not provide a service.<br \/>\nFailure to pay a follow-up invoice may invalidate the order.<br \/>\nAny additional costs for collection (both in and out of court) will be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Article 9. Intellectual property<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>All rights to learning materials and other content remain the property of hydrauliektraining.nl.<br \/>\nYou may not copy, share, sell or otherwise distribute products.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Article 10. Use and restrictions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>It is not allowed to rent out, lend out, make public, or otherwise distribute products. If this happens, a legal case will be initiated at all times and a fine of at least 1,000 will be imposed.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Article 11. Applicable law and disputes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>All agreements are governed by Dutch law.<br \/>\nIn case of disputes that we cannot resolve together, the competent Dutch court will decide.<br \/>\nhydrauliektraining.nl has a best-efforts obligation for its services, but is not liable for errors made by external parties.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Article 12. Force majeure<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>hydrauliektraining.nl is not obliged to fulfil obligations in the event of force majeure.<br \/>\nExamples: power cuts, internet problems or suppliers not delivering.<br \/>\nIf the force majeure lasts longer than one month, the agreement may be terminated in writing.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Article 13. Privacy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>hydrauliektraining.nl treats personal data confidentially and does not share it with third parties, except as required by the privacy regulations.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Article 14. Validity after termination<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Provisions that should still apply after the end of the agreement remain valid.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Article 15. Priority in case of contradiction<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Are there conflicting agreements in these terms and conditions and the order confirmation?
