The payment may have been aborted because the internet connection was not working properly during payment. You will receive an email to make the payment again.

A refund can only be requested via e-mail. If the request is approved, we will refund the amount to you within 10 days.
Have you received a discount code from HydrauliekTraining.co.uk? You can enter it in the last step of the payment process. The discount will then be deducted.
Upon purchase of the training course, you will receive a licence for 12 months of use. After this period, it is no longer possible to view/take the respective training course.
The licence is personal.

This is possible. We will then manually create the users based on the data you provided and provide you with a collective invoice.
Courses
From the training courses page, press the "ORDER THIS TRAINING" button. This will take you to the payment page.
This page is divided into 3 parts: the overview of items, an option to add additional information and a selection field to select the payment method. At the very bottom, tick accept our terms of delivery. If you now continue, you will be redirected to the ordering process.
If successful, you will receive an invoice by e-mail.

To follow training courses on HydrauliekTraining.nl, you need an account. This is created during the payment process.
You can do this by logging in and going to your account page. This is the page linked to the payment.
You can also change the password on your "Profile" page via "Edit Profile" under your name.

The "My account"-page is linked to the payment. This also contains your invoices and address details.

Roadmap
1. Send an email to info@hydrauliektraining.nl that you want to participate in the IndustryID programme
2. We will send you the IndustryID registration card by post
3. Inform us via info@hydrauliektraining.nl your card code(is at the bottom in "scan me" image)
4. Create your own account on IndustryID.eu, upload a good-looking photo and enter your card code there too
5. If you have successfully completed a training module, you will receive a training certificate. We will also inform IndustryID that you have completed the training module in question.
6. IndustryID automatically links the relevant training module to your training profile
