Subsidy via OOM: up to €1,000 reimbursement for your hydraulics training course

Do you work in metalworking and want to invest in professional development? Good news: if your company is a member of OOM (Opleiding Ontwikkeling Metaalbewerking), you can make use of the Personal Training Allowance (PTT). With this, you will receive up to 50% subsidy on the cost of our hydraulics training courses.

Who is the grant intended for?

For employers in metalworking who want to train their employees or have them assessed through an EVC procedure or development assessment. Both further training and retraining are eligible, as long as they are laid down in a Personal training plan (PDP).

What is reimbursed?

50% of the costs, up to a maximum of €1,000 per employee per calendar year
Training courses, EVC pathways and development assessments, subject to prior approval
Also applicable to specific safety and technology training courses (such as forklift, VCA or BHV), with additional conditions

Please note that applications will be processed as long as budget is available. Out = gone.

Important conditions at a glance:

- The grant must in advance are requested via myoom.co.uk
- Applies to up to 30 employees or 30% of your workforce
- The training must be part of a PDP agreement between employer and employee
- Billing only takes place after completion of the training course
- OOM can request documents (such as POP and invoice receipt) for up to 3 years after completion

- Driving licences (C, CE, T, boating licence) - max. 300 companies per year
